Below you can find details on GNSS data streams provided by the NTRIP Interface
of the IGS Real-time Pilot Project (IGS-RTPP). Please consult the web pages http://www.rtigs.net/ for more details on the IGS real-time activities.
Participating GNSS Stations
All IGS stations contributing to the IGS-RTPP follow guidelines
specified in the IGS Site Guidelines
in general and the CfP of the IGS-RTPP (Section 2.1) in particular.
Depending on the station, the data are made available in different formats: RTCM,
SOC or the receiver priopriety format (RPF or RAW).
Stations wishing to join the IGS RT PP should reply to the IGS RTPP call for participation (IGS MAIL 5616)
and register their stream through http://igs.bkg.bund.de/index_ntrip_prov.htm.
Users
To receive the IGS real-time GNSS data streams, free Ntrip client
software (available for several platforms) can be downloaded from
here.
After completion of the
user registration
the authorization (user-ID and password) will be provided by the institution which operates the IGS-IP Broadcaster.
Operation details for the IGS-RTPP stations are available from here.
For near-real-time post processing purposes, 15min high-rate RINEX files are made available as converted from IGS streams.
Visit FAQ for further details on NTRIP in the IGS context.
